Hello,
Thank you for the query.
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The symptom you have mentioned is named as hyperacusis. It will be most commonly due to overexposure to excessively high decibel sounds and if you were my patient I willa dive you for tinnitus retraining therapy. You can know more details about it once you visit a ENT doctor and request him about the therapy. Hope this is useful to you.Thank you.

no cancer
the radiation of the mobiles can cause noise trauma and all the symptomps you wrote are for the same
it can be diagnosed by PTA (PURE TONE AUDIOMETERY TEST)
at level 4 khz there will be dip which confirm trauma by mobiles
accordingly you need to treat after showing the results to ent specialist
