I have been expierency pain and a variety of symptoms for 13 years. Began with rib pain. Then arm pain, followed by routine migrains in my sleep. Then arm pain moving to other arm. Pain radiaing from shoulder diwn to ekbiw. As though i could feel a constant nerve pain. Migraines under control, golf ball size knot worked out through chiropractor and physuval therepay and massages. Over the last 7 years my job has caused emense stress. My joints, tendons and weakness i feel is from thus job. Always on my feet, bending, pulling and carring and breifly sitting for a few minutes. My knees hurt always, my feet feel like im carring bricks. Over this period of time, 7 years, i have found out i have 2 bad cervical discs, with bone spurs, scoliosis, mild spinal stenosis. I am only 44 and feel like im 60, with arthritis. I am absoultey miserable all the time. My kids say im no fun anymore. I used to be a fast walker, enjoy hiking. I have no desire to do anything that requures any waljing or carring.
