Pain in abdomen, lightheaded, stomach twinges, stinging on urination. Causes and treatment?
am feeling sick all the time and light headed and have a constant pain in my lower righ abdomen and occasionally twinges in my stomach last week i was given antibiotiscs as i struggling to go to the toilet and had a stinging sensation when weeing . I am now able to go to the toilet but am am still suffering from all the other syptoms

You may need to get an abd-pelvic Ultra sound scan & Urine C&S done to find the cause.
It can be a ureteric calculus / Urinary infection / Sub acute Appendicitis & a host of other things. See a doctor if not better / if anything wrong is detected in the tests.
