You need to visit a gastroenterologist for clinical examination of the area.
Electric type

nerve of the leg. Pain in your hands indicates a nerve or muscle involvement.
Consult a physician for clinical examination and investigations to determine the muscle strength and nerve conduction.
Falling asleep earlier than usual can be due to increased physical work or some drug that you are taking with asedative action.
