General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, typically your symptoms suggest that you might be suffering with fibromyalgia, or rheumatoid arthritis. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and on injection every week, fort night, and a month.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. Thank you.
