Hi! Be sure it is not a cardiac problem or pain due to heart problems. Some times such pain burning sensation may due to acidity, which usually goes and comes.you have mentioned chills so be sure that you have no fever and cough. If the pain persists Further investigations are necessary.
hi welcome to health care magic.firstly you should check your blood pressure and do ECG to rule out any cardiac abnormality, RBS to rule out diabetes ALL REPORTS NORMAL THEN IT WILL BE MUSCULAR PAIN which is b'ze of chills.thanks

I slammed a 113 pound barbell onto my upper chest 3 days ago. It hurt and I almost passed out, but didn t and went on with my day. Soreness is off and on, but I have concentrated pain on the upper right side between clavical and top of breast. Taking a deep breath hurts. Is this related to the injury, or could it be breast related?
I have a pain between my breasts, on the surface. Feels like a muscle just beneath skin. No other symptoms (except panic.) I have controlled high bp, always test normal with meds, am otherwise healthy though overweight and 59. I am active and try to exercise regularly. Last physical 4 months ago, everything fine. Father had an angio after 70, mothers side no history of heart problems.
I have had pain behind my right breast for about three years. I have annual breast exams and mammograms that have not shown any issues with my breast. The pain is not constant. I don t feel it everyday or every week. When it does begin to surface its fairly painful. I feel it most when I take a deep breathe or when i move such as reaching or bending. When I palpate the area to find a sore spot i find nothing. Could this be in my rib cage? the spaces between my ribs or even lungs.

I am a 32 year old female in great health. I have had a few dizzy spells in the last month or so but have not had one in the last week. Throughout the days I am having to pop my ears often and feel like they are stopped up most of the time. I have no pain in or around my ears. 2 days ago I found a pea size very hard knot located on the bone right behind my ear. It does not move, it is not red, and it is not painful, just a hard knot. Is this something that needs medical attention?
