Pain And Swelling In The Uvula. Have Sickle Cell Anemia. Is There A Cure?

Hi recently for the past few days i have had pain or swelling in my throat/ uvula , I was wondering how can I get rid of the illness. Moreover, I am a sickle-cell born with the full blown blood disorder which means my immune system isn t as powerful as it could be so would antibiotics do the trick. Mostly, I get chest infections quite frequently. The last thing i don t want to happen is be in hospital.
