Pain And Little Bleeding While Having Sex. History Of Partial Hysterectomy, Ovaries Not Detected During Ultrasound Later. Advice

I am 62 and had a partial hysterectomy in 1994 at the age of 43 because of endometriosis, fibroids, and bleeding. My ovaries were not removed. I did not experience any pain with intercourse until this past year! I don't know why this is? Over the past couple of years, I have had to use KY jelly/cream to help with lubrication but did not experience pain and a little bleeding until this past year! I am wondering if my bladder has dropped or there is fibrotic tissue/endometriosis interfering with intercourse. By the way, I did have an ultrasound a couple of years ago to see if my ovaries were enlarged, however, the ovaries must have shrivelled up since they could not be detected by the ultrasound. So that's it! Can you give me any advice? I am very frustrated!!

I need to know if your cervix was removed or not.If cervix is there it must be visualized to rule out any growth suspicious of cancer and biopsied promptly.
Endometriosis does not cause problems in the menopausal state, however
with shrinkage of ovaries, your estrogen levels would drop causing dry vagina-causing vaginal pain.Senile vaginitis can cause bleeding as well.with aging there is some amount of shrinkage of vagina too.
Dropped bladder can be easily diagnosed by inspection..Using KY jelly is perfectly fine. After adequate medical examination(breasts,Liver function,Blood clotting tests) estrogen cream for local application may be prescribed.Hoemone Replacement therapy is controversial
