Pain Above Ribs, Below The Breasts, Painful While Breathing. On Muscle Relaxer For Back Pain. History Of Minor Physical Work. Opinion?

Hi, I have a pain above my ribs, below my breasts on both sides. It hurts to breathe. If I touch the rib under both breasts, it's painful. I have never experienced this before. I am using a muscle relaxer due to a back issue and was mowing my lawn on an very hot and humid day when the pain first showed up, about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The lawn mower is self propelled so it doesn't require all that much work on my part. About an hour after I finished mowing, I had bad pains in my back, that moved to my ribs below the breasts to my hands, then arms, legs and toes. As one area's pain went away, another area started up. After the toes were done in pain (a cramping pain) the pain above the ribs returned and has remained. What could this be?

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Your back pain and pain over ribs seems to be due to muscle spasm and mechenical in origin.
Back and chest physiotherapy and stretching exercises are required to relive the spasm. Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful. You can take muscle relaxant tablets after prescription of your doctor to relieve the spasm.
