Overweight With Low Heart Rate, High Blood Pressure. Taking Motrin For Pain. Family History Of Hypertension, Heart And Thyroid Problems

I an a 43 old female with heart rate of 54 - 56 & i have slighly high blood pressure. I workout/job regularly but an overweight. I do not smoke or drink on a regular basis. I eat fairly healthy but of course that could be improved. I take OTC motrin for chronic pain that I see a chiropractor for. I also take fish oil & a mulit-vitamin without iron daily. High blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, poor circulation all run in my family. Do I need to be overly concerned with my high blood pressure? (134 over 89 was last reading)

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The last reading is normal / not high / yet, you can aim for lower level - 130/80
Get your lipids and thyroid assessed...
Too much of NSAID are not good for the stomach, pressure or kidney...
The heart rate is a bit low - if you are not on BP medicines, it may need more evaluation...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
