Overweight. Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism, PCOD, Anemia. Suggest Diet Plan To Reduce Weight

Hi Doctor, I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism, PCOD and anaemia. I am overweight as I am 80 kilos and 5 ft 4 inch ht and age is 23 years. Could you please suggest me effective diet and work outs to reduce my weight. As I am very much depressed about my present condition. Thanks in advance

Hi,
All problems you mentioned are directly connected with each another.
Hypothyroid can give rise to PCOD, anemia. overweight.
Go for regular and proper treatment for thyroid and you will get reduction in your weight and improving anemia.
Take very low or none fat or carbohydrates in diet.
Do regular exercise like running, walking, swimming etc.
Avoid sedentary life.
Ok and take care.
