Can Via Ananas Helps To Reduce Weight?

Hi I m 55 years old, quite fit, and am around 15 kilos overweight.(Have a big bone structure). I always have been round but not fat. For the last two years, I developed hypertension. I m on pills(8 mg). I am highly educated about nutrition, health and fittness. That being said, the amount of my healthy food intake is high, despite my high metabolism. I always think about the end from the beginning, I m inclined to think that via Ananas will help me to lose weight, and will improve my overall health condition, however, what happens when I stop? Or is it a lifelong usage?thank you. F.S. /Bsc/ A nimal production and protection Masters/ international management
