Over Weight, Hypertention On Telma40, Fluctuating Blood Sugar. What Is This Condition Called?

Hi Doctor,
Iam 31/M.i am over weight and I realised it an am doing 40 minutes exercise daily including brisk walking.i got high blood pressure and I take Telma40 twice a day and thus my BP is 100% under control. Latest for the past 6 months I noticed my fasting blood sugar at 140 to 150 range but some time after having a tea with sugar my blood sugar level goes down to 105 to 115 range.
I want to know what is happening and what is this condition and is this called "diabetic"???

Hello,

You're a known Hypertensive and overweight person on lifestyle modification and on Antihypertensive drugs.
You have impaired fasting blood sugar.
This decrease in the Fasting sugar should not be attributed to intake of sugar.
Due to your regular exercise the insulin resistance in the body might have reduced and your FBS is decreasing gradually.
