Osteoarthritis, Painful Hip, Limited Mobility. Why Is This Happening?

I had an accident about ten years ago and xrays showed i had the onset of osteoarthritis, now i have got more pain in the right hip and lower back right side. sometimes i find it hard to get up and sometimes bend over. I feel like an old man ( Iam just on 63). This sometimes limits my mobility. I kid myself that I am fit and healthy but know in my own mind I do have or will have mobility problems shortly, in fact have them now. I believe this is one of the reasons I lost my last job. From this info have you got any idea of what I may have or what I may be facing in the future.

Hi,
Due to age and due to injury osteoartheritis changes are occuring early.
so you might be having osteoartheritis of hip joint and spine vertebrae.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy may help you much.
Go for back extension exercise.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
