Orange Bumps Behind Throat, Fits Of Coughing, Dull Chest Pain, Difficulty Breathing. Bronchitis?

I have had orange, fleshy little bumps in the back of my throat , fairly severe, regular fits of coughing, dull pain in my chest , occasional fever , difficulty sleeping, slight difficulty breathing , and lethargy, for probably something like two weeks now. Do I have Bronchitis? Something similar? What should I do about this?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi and thanks for the query.
Chest infection is a possibility since you are having fever along with the other symptoms.
Please consult a physician.
You will require a chest XRay and blood investigations.
You will probably require antibiotics.
You can take paracetamol for the fever after checking the dosage that will depend on your weight.
Regards, Dr Kishori.
