Ongoing Headache, Dizzy Occasionally, Low Grade Fever. No Significant Result. Solution ?

My 7 year old daughter has ongoing headache for 4 months. Occasionally she is dizzy and has a low grade fever. She describes the dizziness as feeling like she is swaying side to side. Had blood work, MRI, optometrist visit, antibiotics and something for sinuses (headache) chloride something. All tests were fine. Still no relief... Headache is daily but does not prohibit her from daily activities. Her pediatrician does not feel a neurological exam is warranted since all testing is gine. do you agree? Thank you for any assistance. AAAAA

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
If all this tests have come negative then it is possible that it is a vertigo and symptomatic treatment needs to be given when required. Also consider the possibility of depression as a possibility of this illness.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
In future if you wish to contact me directly, you can use the below mentioned link:
