Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

I suggest you to continue to breast feed your baby.

If you cannot breast feed as you are joining your work I strongly suggest you to express milk and store it and feed your baby.

Expressed milk can be stored in the fridge. Please use a spoon and glass or palade to feed the expressed milk.

do not use a bottle.

Breast milk is ideal for the baby and baby should be breast fed exclusively and nothing else should be given to the baby.

Breast feeding is important for the brain growth.

Hope this helps.
Take care.

Hi
Thanks for your query.
weight of baby is perfect for her age.
Complementary feeding is to be started after 6 months of age.
I understand your concern, expressed breast milk can be stored at room temperature for 8 hours and in refrigerator for 24 hours.
So when you are out of home any caretaker can feed her with expressed breast milk.
Regarding lentil ,start with moong dal as it is easy to digest.
Give one thing at a time and continue it for few days before introducing new item.

Wishing your baby good health.
God bless..
