I m on follical study....my last two cycles where normal..but i couldnt conceive... Now...since last mnth i havent got my periods n while doing sonography i got to know that i have a PCOD problem.... Now what to do.... N what is a medication for pcod problem..... Should i join yoga classes or gym..... I m 30 now....n want baby now....

If you are having normal regular periods then proper treatment can help you conceive naturally. Loosing some extra weight will be helpful. You also need ovulation inducing drugs after consulting an infertility specialist.
