Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

Which medical method was used for MTP. was it Medroxyprogesterone depot injection or an intrauterine device?

If you had used medroxyprogesterone, that indeed can cause irregular /absent periods and spotting.

Your thyroid seems to be well controlled. Progesterone should ideally be checked on day 21 of the cycle or a week before next cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
