On Dialysis. Taking Codeine, Niacin, Plavis, Renvela, Synthroid, Clonidine. Safe To Take All Medicines Together?

My Dad is on dialysis 3 x's a week. His doctor gave him codeine which landed him in the hospital for 10 days.
I was wanting to give you the list of medicine he takes and I wanted to know if you think the can take all of these together or not.
Niacin 500mg 1x a day, Plavix 75mg 1x a day, Renvela 800mg 3x a day with meals, Synthroid 50mg 1 a day, Vit B-12 250mcg 1x a day, Aspirin 325mg 1 a day, Carvedilol 25mg 2x a day, Clonidine 01mg 3 x a day, hydralazine 100mg 3 x a day, isosorbide dinitrate 20mg 3x a day, paricalcitor 1mcg 1 a day, simvastatin 40 mg once a day.

I am just very concerned about the drugs he is taking - the doctor said he didn't know that he wasn't suppose to be given codeine nor sleeping pills while on dialysis. Please let me know...
Thanks
Hope
P.S. I go to my Dad's once a week and set his medicine up for him since he is 83 and can't do this himself.

Your father is having chronic renal disease (CRD) and is on dialysis 3 times a week. patient with CRD needs lot of medicine to maintain normal function of body. The list of medicine you have posted on HCM are important for his health. Here I will give you brief description of these drugs.
Niacin is vitamin B3 along with vitaminB12 very important for general well being of patient B3 promotes promotes general blood vessels and circulatory health.
Plavix is clopidogrel bisulfate is platlet inhibator along with aspirin doesn’t allow clot formation.
Renevela is Sevelamer carbonate belongs to group of medication called phosphate binder.Phosphate is made of phosphorus ,which is very important component of normal bone and cell metabolism. In CRD kidneys cannot retain phosphorus ,so it has to be supplemented.
Synthyroid is thyroid hormone, he might be hypothyroid, so thyroid hormone has to be given.
Hydralazine is vasodilator used for control of blood pressure and prevention of stroke and kidneys problems.
Isosorbide dinitrite is venodilator and is necessary for control of his blood supply to his heart, it prevents angina.(Pain due to decrease blood supply to heart).
Paricalcitor is oral activated vitamin D3 used for prevention and treatment of secondary hyperthyroidism asoociated with CRD.

Simvastatin is hypolipidermic drug used for weight loss along with diet and exercise,Increased lipid impairs the circulation of the blood.
