On Blood Thinner Coumadin Due To Clotting Disorder. Had Heart Attack Before. Am I At High Risk?

I have had a heart attack 5 years ago the black widow my lad was 99 % blocked I have had a serious of un answered problems since but now I am looking at no health coverage due to our president law I was kicked off I do have 2 cloting disorders and Von Willard factor 5 I am on blood thiner coumandin for life but have not taken then since I currently have no coverage not good I know I am also in my late 40 now in peri my hormore changes I believe are a high risk for me do u aggree
