On And Off Acne With Red And White Pimples Within And Superficial. Healthy Lifestyle And Skin Care Regimen. Help
Hi, I am 27 years old & have been facing acne problem on my skin since 3 years. I get all kinds of pimples-red, white, some are from within, some are superficial.. They get cleared by themselves as if they were never there & again after sometime they re-appear in massive amount. I am very specifice on my diet & take care of my skin as well but dont know why I have to suffer. Please help

m very sorry that from your information i could not find out your gender, so if you are girl then please notice that does this pimples comes during or near your periods.. if yes then it is normal.. in some girls it does occur because of hormonal changes..no need to worry it will go away with age..
if above information not applicable then try doxycycline 100 mg once a day for month also take tablet isotretinoines 10 mg once a day..
you can apply clindamycin gel on face and adapalene..

oily skin cause this
keep skin oil free dry and airy
non oily greesy fatty and spicy foods
lot of warm water
no toxic soaps shampoo oils creams ointment and body application materials
if you can stop milk and diary for 3 months
if more acne take doxycycline 100 mg bd for 10 days
apply clindamycin gel bd
calamine od
and tretinoic acid gel at night before sleep amnd after that switch off light as it reacts with light
continue 3 months it will be better
