On HRT For A Long Time After Hysterectomy. Fatigue. Ultrasound Not Able To Detect Ovary. How Is It Possible?

I had a hysterectomy 30 years ago. I spent over 10 years on HRT which raelly agreed with me.I asked for a pelvic ultrasound as I m concerned due to the fact that I am fatigued and have lots of irritation. Also, my dog is always sniffing me down below even after a shower and I know some dogs can detect cancers. The ultrasound could not find 1 ovary so I am really worried. Help me Please!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since you are taking HRT regularly for last 10 years, it is best to get yourself properly investigated for any pathology. You may need to have an ultrasound scan and an MRI of the lower abdomen for a diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
