had total hysterectomy Jan 31-since then increasing tiredness and very thirsty-increasing urgency to urinate and not emptying bladder completely-had cat scan- 5mm spot on kidney since then have had ultrasound-2 types of cancer in biopsied removed tissue from hysterectomy-low grade endometrial cancer and high grade serous carcinoma in right fallopian tube

Hi, I think you can be having some urine infections. Get urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink lot of water and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol.
