Numbness, Small Lump Like Roll Of Fat Under Butt Cheek On Right Side. Any Idea?

I've noticed underneath my butt cheek, on only my right side it looks like a roll of fat with stretch marks. other side is completley fine with no roll of fat or anything similar in that case. It's not very sensitive almost numb or without much feeling and i felt around and noticed a small lump like a tear in muscle tissue? any ideas?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A small lump under the butt cheek could be due to a benign collection of fat cells, a fibroma, a cyst, etc. All these need a direct examination for proper diagnosis.
