Numbness In The Face And Nose, Swollen Node Near The Throat. Taking Levocetrizine. Had Sinus Surgery. Any Thoughts?

I am taking levocetirizine 5mg ev. day...and montelukast 10mg, ev. day...for the past 6-8 mos, or more, no
improvement. I feel I am gaing weight, which is unusual as my eating habits have not changed, just my physical body. Face is inflamed (NY says ganglion nerve) and misdiagnosed now for 3yrs., still ongoing, no answers.

I'm approx. 130-135 for past 8yrs...now I'm close to 145, which is not "me." I've been on all meds for 3yrs. w/out help and the best "known" prof. doctors in their field. Numbness/inflamed face, nose, to left eye. all tests show
dilated vein behind left eye (born with possible) and dilated vein behind throat. Injections into the ganglion nerve at office, epehnephrine?? and lidocaine, nothing helped. back to neurologist was suggestion. "HELP" mri's, cat scans, endoscope, 18 doctors, 8 major ny/nj hospitals. Sinus surgery.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You should get done hormonal assessment.
get done thyroid function tests.
Meet an Endocrinologist.
numbness could be because of nerve compression due to excessive deposition of tissue.
But inflammation is different could be due to some hormonal changes and you have weight gain also.
You need detailed examination.
