Noticed Dizziness,cold Sweats And Bad Stomach Pain

my son was in the hospital with dizzines cold sweats and bad stomach pain. test for the flu negitive and cat scan looked ok .one week later the stomach pain does not change. he is healthy but had a eylet transplant dont 5 years ago. he cant get a relief and not answer from a doctor what could the do for him ?

I really appreciate your concern, general weakness could be the cause of the symptoms that your son has, it may be functional kind of disease, but condition can be managed with Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide ( The dose is depends upon the age, if the age your son is below 12 years then this medicine can not be given) if investigations are not done then better to get this done for the abdomen pain Tab Dicyclomine can be tried hope this information helps.
