Noticed Blood In Stools

hi doctor,from yesterday's evening till now there is fresh blood drops comes with motion.i feel v litttle pain in start..i m v much worrried.plz tell me wats this n wat should i do bcz i m afraid of going toilet..i also want 2 mentin that i have little stomach disorder..

I really appreciate your concern, the most common cause of blood stain stool could be constipation and in my opinion it needs to be first rule out and for that you can try the stool softener like Ibasgol, even after this if the symptoms continue to happens then it requires the clinical examination and investigation because it may be due to fissure, piles, and infection, drink more water, have fibber containing diet hope this information helps.
