Noticed An Unusual Lump Inside My Earlobe Which Is Painful To The Touch

I found a unusual lump inside of my earlobe which is very painful to the touch. I ve left it alone for about a month now but now I am beginning to have a loud ringing in that ear. The ringing gets bad enough to where it hurts my head. Any ideas of what is wrong with me?

Hello and welcome to heath care magic,

You seem to have two independent problems
The swelling seems to be an infected node or a sebacious cyst which is common in the ear lobe and the sound may be tinnitus.

In either case you need to consult an ENT as soon as possible so that a proper diagnosis can be reached on the conditions.
You may need to do an FNAC of the swelling and an audiometry assessment to get to the same. You can do these and get back to me or your ENT with the reports
