Nosebleed, headache, dizziness
I awoke this morning with a blood spot on my sheet. It was larger than a quarter. I checked everywhere for where I could have bleed. But I then looked in the mirror to find blood on my face . It was my nose . Apparently my nose was bleeding while I was asleep. When I wake up also I had a headache and I was dizzy. What could be happening? Also I am 13.

First of all you should go your local GP and get your Blood pressure done and hypertention can present with these symptoms. A full ENT examination to rule out local pathology. If this is normal, I would like to go for an MRI brain to see any space occupying lesion.
