OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
You seem to be experiencing breakthrough bleeding and the efficacy of your implant may be dwindling. You should see a specialist and get a complete evaluation and get further management. You would need a trans-vaginal sonogram along with blood counts and urinalysis. You should also exclude pregnancy. Hope this information has been helpful. Take care.
