Nipples Hurt With Baby's Tooth. Black Spot Seen On Nipple When Tried To Pump

Im a breastfeeding mom and this is my first child. For the first 5 1/2 months everything has been fine. Two weeks ago my baby got her first tooth and my nipples hurt I cant do it anymore. So I have tried to pump for the first time today and now I cant feed my baby on one side. That nipple has a little black spot on it. It looks like blood but not bleeding what should I do and what is it. Please help I really dont want to stop breastfeeding

You can use nipcare ointment. It is safe for breastfeeding.and you should use a attaching breastshield for feeding.I hope this will help you.
