I have violent dry cough for about a month. Sore throat. Lower back pain. Lymphnode pain. In my neck and armpits. Abdominal pain sometimes..extreme fatigue...body aches. Please help!!! I am miserable and it s effecting my daily life I m a single mother of 3.

u have upper respiratory tract infection with lymph nodes enlarged.
start AUGMENTIN 625mg tab twice daily for 7days and tab SINAREST twice daily for 5 days .
do salt water gargling also.
drink plenty of water
