Need Treatment For Breathing Difficulty Due To Air In The Stomach

hello. i have a problem of hard to breath because of air in my stomach. I have to wonder is t cause by gastric? because lately i keep farting and quite every day releasing a gas in my body. Now, it s hard for me to breath because every time in going to take deep inhalation via my mouth its keep pressing my upper stomach and cause me a lot to yawning.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having GERD ( Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease ).
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms. Gaseous feeling and bloating are characteristics of GERD.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Avoid stress and anxiety.
4. Start proton pump inhibitor.
5. Go for walk after meals.
6. Keep 2 - 3 pillows under head in the bed.
7. Avoid habits like smoking and alcohol if you have.
8. Loose weight if you are obese.
