Need Medication For Anxiety And Increased Pulse Rate

I'm 16 years old and I have a normal resting heart rate of around 70, for the past couple days I've been extremely anxious and its making me unable to eat more than a couple bites of food and my hr is now 122. Is that bad? I'm sure It'll pass, but Is my hr really high or am I worried for no reason?

you are anxious as well as depressed need to take changed anxiolytic along with antidepressant like Clonazepam-0.5mg,escitalopram-10mg If it does not work then you can add 2.5 mg olanzapine provided you have no metabolic disorder like dyslipidemia or diabetes.
