Need Interpretation Of My Foetal Ultrasound
Hi, I m going to 36 this coming Aug . I have my ultrasound , here s final impression Single live intrauterine pregnancy in cephalic presentation, 17 5/7 weeks by biometry with good somatic and cardiac activity. Placenta anterior grade 1. Adequate fluid ...Can you please interpret this for me? Is there any disadvantage/miscarriage may happen? Thank you.

You have absolutely normal findings
There is a single intrauterine live fetus with cephalic presentation(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis).
Maturity of fetus by USG is 17 weeks and 5 days.
Active movement of fetus is good and cardiac activity is also satisfactory.
Placenta is situated in anterior wall of the uterus with grade 1 maturity.
Amount of liquor is also adequate.
