Nausea, Abdominal Pain, Weakness, Sweats And Chills After Eating Out Followed By Diarrhea, Lighter Colour Of Stools. Took Pepcid Ac. Serious?
I had nausea, sporadic abdominal pain, weakness, sweats and chills shortly after I ate something from Chinese restaurant. It lasted about 2 days. On the second day I had diarrhea. Today is the third day - I am feeling so much better, no cramps, no nausea. However, bowel movement is lighter than usual in color. I also took pepcid ac yesterday. Should i be worried?

Hi,
It seems that due to spicy food or food with some contamination you got GI infection.
As signs of infection getting better, nothing to worry, gradually it will be alright.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid junk food.
Take light food for 2 days.
Ok and take care.
