Nasal Blocks, Running Nose. Using Fluticone. Manual Surgery For Maxillary Sinusitis Done. Treatment?
Hello Doctor, I am suffering from severe nasal block and running nose issues from past 3 weeks, I have undergone manual surgery of maxillary sinusitis 7yrs ago, but now I am experiencing the same on right side of the nostril ! The nasal spray Fluticone 120mtrd is not working for me now ! :-( I need some medicine/spray that stops running nose/ sneezing immediately ! Thanks in Advance!

you take antialergics
along with spray
tab fexofenadine+montelucast combination
montair fx (cipla)twice a day
neosporin h onitment application inside nose
and effcorlin nasal drops for 1-2 days in the start
take for 3 week
