Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
Yours wife diabetic state is not a very serious problem. the same can be taken care of by maintaining a proper diet, exercise and keeping the blood sugars under normal.A diabetic person can have a baby.
You need to get the USG done to assess for the presence of varicocele. Take fresh fruits, do take time out for exercise.
Even if everything is normal then regular daily sex may take 3-4 months to conceive. In your case it may take a longer time (uncertain) but yes the conception is very much possible. If there is a problem you can try in vitro fertilization.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

If your wife's diabetes is under controll, do not worry about pregnancy. If semen analysis shows less count and ? less motility, ideal treatment for you is IVF-ICSI. For more detail you can visit our website i.e www.ivfclinic.com
