My sis BP was 200/0 with a low sodium/potassium count. What does that BP mean-200/0? What does a 0 dystolic mean ?

Hi well come to HCM.
O systolic means non recordable. In condition like aortic regurgitation diastolic BP is not
recordable and is termed as 0 Diastolic.It is suggestive of very wide pulse pressure.
