My Periods Are Delayed But The HCG Tests Are Negative. Is It An Anovulatory Cycle ?

I am 35 years and I usually have a regular cycle of 28 days. However I have not seen my period and its 11 days overdue. I have done 2 HCG pregnancy tests and they are negative. Could it be anovulatory cycle - but I usually have regular cycles.

Hi welcome to healthcareMagic

Since the UPT tests are negative, but still you can be pregnant, because the antigen HCG may appear late in urine, hence the result could be negative.... better get a USG scanning of abdomen, which will rule out the pregnancy...... If the USG is negative, then you can go ahead for Hormonal assay for the further evaluation....
