My Nose Feels Bruised On The Tip And It Hurts To Touch. Remedy?

My nose feels bruised on the tip, it hurts to touch and it feels like there's a spot or a lump under there, It seems to come and go but never surface. I went to Australia a couple years ago (The Red Centre) but I'm sure I was always conscious of wearing sunscreen. Just a bit freaked out. Also the skin on the tip of the nose is flaking very very very slightly.
Help.

In reference to your query regarding bluish discolouration of tip of nose with pain on touching it is most likely is due to-
1- Exposure to chilli cold.
2- May be vestibulitis nose commonly seen in diabetic.
3- Some times it is an allergic reaction.
You may now apply some sun protection cream over it having steroid as well, and took oral anti inflammatory and anti allergic also. Most likely you will get response otherwise consultation with dermatologist will become necessary.
