Hi i had blood test done they came back ok with the readings bilirubin 20 umol, Alk 73,GGT 33. ALT 51, AST 26, total protein 72 albumin 47 out of all of this my alt was high i was told it should be 0-40 and mine was 51 what can i do to lower this please and why would it be this high i did have some drinks the week end would has have done anything to woards this. or i did have coffee in the morrning befor hand as well which i dont think i should have. so what now should I drink more water ? thanks
