Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
This pain is unlikely to be cardiac related. This may be due to problem from your gut or gall bladder or general weakness due to stress.
I guess you should cut on your work timings or have frequent breaks to reduce your stress.Practice meditation to reduce your stress. This helps in resuction of blood pressure also.
You should consider strict diet plan by having regular meals , avoid high fat , fried foods , have green tea 15 mins before lunch or dinner , take multivitamin tabs and Hormone replacement therapy.
Hope this information is useful to you and others.
Take care
