Muscle Pain, Joint Pain, Rash On Right Hand, Bumps On Elbow. Lupus?

For the past three years my doctor has been on the fence with giving me a dx of MS. I am now wondering if my sxs are due to lupus. I have severe muscle pain and joint pain. I have had a really severe flare the past two weeks. My right hand has a red scaly rash across the knuckles. One small scaly area on ring finger. Small blustery bumps on left elbow. Severe tenderness in left elbow and left shoulder. Could this be Lupus? ANA s in past negative
