Muscle Cramps In Arms And Legs Fro Years, Popping Sensation Under Rib Cage. Normal Ultrasound With Excess Gas. Suggestions?

hi I am 25, 152cm tall, 55kg. I have a history of growing pains and am still getting muscle cramps in my arms and legs. I also get menstrual-like cramping in my back but it is not patterned with my period. I have had a ultra sound in my lower stomach area and all has been clear apart from excess gas in the right area. occasionally I will get a popping sensation under my rib cage on my upper right side.
