What Causes Muscle Cramps Under The Left Rib Cage?

Hi there, I started having this cramping feeling on the left side of my side under my ribs early this morning. Its quite painful and I cannot seem to get relief. I had a full abdominal ultrasound in july and all normal. I had an endoscope in july also and showed mild gastritis. I have had stomach issues for 3 years but this pain is different. I can function but its uncomfortable. I haven t had a bowel movement in 2 days so is it possible its that? it felt better with a heating pad

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the investigative reports are unremarkable as long as the abdomen pain is concern then it may be vague abdominal pain it may not be due to any specific reason most of the time it may be colicky pain If I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Dicyclomine with Librium and Chlordiazepoxide, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
