Mucus In Stool, Smells Fishy, No Fever, Sick. Is This Normal?

Hi, my son is 4 and a half weeks old now and his stools smell HORRID. They have a really strong fishy smell, are sometimes a little brown in color, or green n mucousy and liquidy. I breastfeed him, but his stools have been this way for almost a week now and I m concerned. He was previously a little sick (green mucous coming out of nose ) but no fever . Is this normal or should I schedule an appt with the doctor right away?
