Missed Periods For Years. Few Drops Of Bleeding, Severe Pain In Legs. Ultrasound Shows Slightly Inhomogenous Echo Texture Of Myomertrium. Explain

doctors says to my wife never periods coming now after seen all test and reports, and says if coming in future periods its depend on GOD , but after several month or little after year periods coming as few drops not regular basis and and so enough, now she feel several pains in legs hypertension loosness i.e. and fresh ultrasound reports shown detail as below
slightly inhomogenous echo texture of myomertrium
normal ovaries

so kindly guide my and treatment pl

If mention following details we can guide you better:
-Size of the uterus in ultrasound
-Levels of the hormones- estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, FSH, LH
-Thyroid hormonal profile and prolactin levels.
-Liver function tests, renal function tests, cortisol levels etc.
-Blood sugar levels, blood pressure.
Any of the above factors can affect the periods. So all these to be evaluated to come to one conclusion.
Inhomogeneous echo texture of the myometrium can be seen in conditions like adenomyosis.
