Missed Periods. Stress Or Pregnancy?

hi my galfrnd usually have periods between 20 n 22 of every month.But this month she missed her period.She was doing night shift for d last two months n sudenly she was told to do morning shift from 3 30am from 10th of this month.She was having some family issues n she was having high stress.Am worried about her. Is she pregnant??

Have you two been having unprotected sex? Is she on contraceptive pills? Because if she is on the pills, then there is nothing to worry about.
Yes, stress can cause changes in the usual cycle and lead to periods being later or earlier than usual.
If you are worried, ask her to take a home pregnancy test in around a week from now, that should let you know whether she is pregnant or not.
